Son's favorite shoes!
I bought these for my 10 year old to use for water activities at camp, but they have become his favorite everyday shoe. He has worn them to Disney twice this summer, walking 10-15 miles a day in the parks. No blisters, red spots, or band-aids!
Thank you so very much for the lady who left feedback about the sizes. I am in a women's 7 shoe and the little kids 5 fits. They are even a little big!! I couldn't believe it. As always, Keens are great. I can really see the difference in quality as compared to the Old Navy sandals, which are very similar, that I was buying. I have peace of mind that my kids' are comfortable in their shoes. Always a concern for me since it's often difficult to get a toddler to communicate about how his shoes feel.
These are my go-to shoes for the summer. Enough protection and traction that they can safely wear them to school.
My kids have sweaty feet, but it hasn't been a problem. There is enough ventilation that even without socks we haven't had any issues, including stinky feet/shoes.

I keep coming back to this brand every year with my daughter. These are perfect in so many ways. They have the rounded toe, watetproof, extremely easy to clean, won't ever smell bad, they are made sturdy and durable, ergonomic, easy to take on and off, and most of all she loves the colors. I do always buy a size up because they run a little small.
We love keens and purchase a pair for our girls every summer. They always run about a half size bigger than their stride rite shoes. For example, my daughter is in a 5.5 stride rite and we purchased a size 5 Keen. If your child is a new walker, the thick rubber soles can make it hard for them to walk because they catch on every surface; however, once they are up and running, its not a problem.

The best summer shoes!
Great shoes! I buy these each summer and my kids wear them all summer long, to the beach, the park, the lake. My son has even wore them in the lake. They are wonderful for the summer, though they do cause the smelliest feet ever!
