Good starter shoe
Nice tap shoes for little girls. They fit true to size-he has a narrow foot and this is convenient for him. Good sound and quality made. I use the Capezio tap shoes, so I'm glad to see that this is just as good as mine. I hope it is a little more forgiving elastic like this it's hard for my daughter to get on and off himself, but that only is nitpicking.
One size larger fits well!
Most of the ratings are right here. Almost 4 years I am petite and wore a size 7.5 to 8 shoes. I bought a size 9W and they fit perfectly. I really feel they look a little narrow, but fortunately he's doing great with them. He had just started to tap dance and she was happy with it. He loved putting them on and off as well. He is proud of the first tap shoes. So, yeah, I'd suggest getting a size bigger than what they wear with casual shoes. Unfortunately, not all the same distance and the risk you take when shopping online and didn't get to try it at first. BTW-size 9 in regular shoes are too big for my daughter, so I am very worried about this purchase and super relieved after he had to try them on and they fit just right for him. I have size 9 Shoes waiting for him to get into that he probably won't be seen until this time next year (you know, when the shoe size 9 press it will then be too tight!)
Great Quality
I searched around the shoe for my daughter to tap ballet class and was astonished that places like Payless charged $ 35 + is very sad and bad press and made ballet shoes (although bringing leading manufacturer) and the only other option is a high end place close to the us, where they were charging $ 65 +-NO WAY!

Perfect for the beginner tap student
This is a great shoe for beginners tap students. This shoe comes off easy and straightforward. There is a bit of elastic rope which tie and therefore even if coming undone tie shoes will remain. My son has not complained of match or anything like that, so I would say it fits as expected. Plus, it looks great.

My baby has not started her dance lessons; So I can't say much for performance. I was surprised to see large size Shoes to fit his feet.
